Fantastic, from start to finish. We just purchased a new house and opted to upgrade our electric panel. We reached out to a couple different businesses for quotes to include mid- and large-sized companies and solo guys. Rutilo, the owner of Hernandez Electric, was by far the most responsive and most helpful. The price for a panel upgrade is pretty standard and we didn't really find any differences there, so we picked the company that provided the best customer service and least amount of leg work on our end--to include the coordination with NV Energy (this in-itself was so worth it to me!) Rutilo's crew showed up on the scheduled day (dictated by NV energy) and worked until sundown to get our new panel installed. They also disconnected the old service meter and patched up the area of our siding where the old panel was. He did all the appropriate items and paperwork for the permitting and inspection. Now we have a nice new electric panel and don't have to deal with fuses! I'll definitely call Rutilo again when we go to add a secondary panel for our garage and for any future electrical needs we can't tackle ourselves.
